UK Delivery

Postage is £5 within the UK.

We deliver all mainland UK orders placed before 1pm the next working day. Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered Monday and orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be delivered Tuesday.

Deliveries will be sent via Royal Mail Special Next Day Delivery which requires a signature upon receipt. If you are not home to sign for the goods it is your responsibility to collect them or re-arrange delivery. If you fail to do this and the goods are returned to us, you will need to pay the return postage (or a refund will be given minus postage charges).

Sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact our Customer Services department. We cannot be held responsible for strike action by Royal Mail.

Please allow two to three extra working days for delivery outside of mainland UK (the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man).

In the unlikely event that your goods are out of stock we will let you know as soon as possible and give you an estimated delivery date for your order.

International Delivery

We are happy to ship to the following countries

Delivery for items weighing less than 2kg is by Royal Mail International Signed For and is fully insured. Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery and please be aware a signature will be required upon receipt. Items weighing more than 2kg will be sent by DHL courier, delivery times will be given when payment is made. International postage costs vary depending on weight, please see the chart below:

Please note that you will need to take responsibility for any import duties in your own country. You are also responsible for ensuring your purchases adhere to any import laws within your own country.

We reserve the right to cancel any orders for International delivery.
